Meals Under 100 Calories: Spaghetti Squash with Roasted Tomatoes and Thai Chili

Hey guys!

I'm back with another post. I want to share with you guys another easy and simple meal I've created all under 100 Calories. This meal is SO fulfilling!! It's delicious and so healthy!! You can look up other benefits on this meal if you want.

-1 Cup of
cooked Spaghetti Squash
-1/4 Cup of Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce (Wild Harvest Brand, Organic)

-1 Piece Thai Chili Peppers
-Garlic Powder (Season to Taste)
-Salt (Season to Taste)

-For the Spaghetti Squash, you can cook it in two ways: Microwave it or Bake it in the Oven. I prefer the Microwave method for time sake. (On how to cook this, You can look this up on your spare time.)
-You just basically combined all ingredients. You can either warm it up but I like to eat it cold. That's just my personal preference because to me, it taste better that way. If you don't like it, then you can warm it up in a pan... just don't cook the Thai Chili peppers with it. It will make you cough. Add it afterwards.
