This is one of the easiest meal I ever made and the healthiest too. I love eating my vegetables for a lot of health reasons.
All it is are simple ingredients: 1 cup of Broccoli, 1/2 cup of Peas, and some seasoning of your choice. (I like Garlic Powder and Salt on mines).
I like to get my vegetables from the brand Wild Harvest. They are all organic. It starts out as frozen in a package and all you need to do is heat it, obviously.
I just add a little bit of water on a pan, then add in the vegetables and cover it with lid. I cook it for about 3-5 minutes just to steam it. Then I season it with salt and garlic powder. That's pretty much it. I like to have it with a glass of water.
This meal is great for those who are trying to lose weight.
It's amazing how you can compare this to a plate of turkey and you can see how you're getting a lot more for less calories.
